We cannot exist without them. Thus our customer service doesn’t stop at the five o’clock whistle and a satisfied customer is a continued customer.

The beginnings of Lithpro were started twenty years ago by Mark Knowles. Mark started in the printing consumables area as a blanket converter. He had and maintained his own independent converting operation for a period of time till he followed the many requests from his customers to carry other items. He embarked into other fields, satisfying his client base and becoming a full service dealer for the printing trade.
Lithpro Graphics Supply was incorporated in 1999 and Mark has carefully built and continues to build the product base for our clients. He is very particular about any additions to the fine family of products he currently handles. First and foremost is that all offerings are of high quality and fair value. Many “cheap” products do not qualify under Lithpro’s stringent evaluation system.
As the twenty year anniversary approaches, the company mantra says it all, “The Best Products at the Best Price, with the Best Customer Service.”

As President of Lithpro Graphics Supply, LTD, Mark Knowles keeps busy ensuring that his customers receive the best possible products and service. Having been involved in the printing industry for many years, Mark understands the needs of printers and how vital their consumable supplies are to daily production. That understanding translates into superior customer service that isn’t simply found between eight o’clock Monday morning and five o’clock Friday afternoon.
As Account Manager, Steve Shanto maintains his current customer relationships as well as developing new ones. With many years in the printing industry trades, Steve’s technical knowledge of the printing process and consumables is a valuable asset to Lithpro and our customers. Steve will personally work with any account to find the best solution for their printing needs. He firmly believes in the Lithpro mantra of “The Best Product at The Best Price with The Best Customer Service.”
Image As Administrative Assistant, Ashley White handles the daily office work, seeing to sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing. Whether vendor or customer, she’s sure to speak with you some time as she mans the phones, fax, and copier and rides the wave of paper work.
